Gerade in der Materialbearbeitung ist die Lenkung des Laserstrahls zum Werkstück ein sicherheitsrelevantes Kriterium. LASER COMPONENTS bietet hierfür zuverlässige Strahlführungskomponenten von dem US amerikanischen Partner HAAS Technologies, Inc. an.

Mit Beamtubes wird die sichere Strahlführung in einer Laseranlage gewährleistet und die Optik im Strahlengang zuverlässig vor Partikeln in der industriellen Umwelt geschützt. Die schwarz eloxierten Strahlröhren haben einen Außendurchmesser von 31 mm und sind in verschiedenen Längen und mit unterschiedlichen Anschlussmöglichkeiten (z.B. C-Mount 1"-32FTHD) verfügbar.

Wenn sich die Strecken häufig ändern, dann sollten Sie gar einen Blick auf die Faltenbälge sowie Teleskop-Tubes werfen, die eine maximale Flexibilität erlauben.

Zur schnellen Kopplung der Komponenten werden Tube Coupler verwendet. Abgedichtet mit einem Teflon-Ring werden Gewinde bzw. Anschlussflansch direkt auf den Tube aufgesteckt.
