Mit dem neuen Remote-Support Feature SmartAccess Anywhere kann der Experte in der Einsatzzentrale seine Kollegen vor Ort jederzeit vom Schreibtisch aus unterstützen. Über eine sichere verschlüsselte Verbindung erhält er vollen Zugriff auf das SmartOTDR-Gerät am Einsatzort. Die Verbindung wird problemlos über jeden verfügbaren Netzzugang hergestellt. Die Mitarbeiter in der Zentrale sehen alles, was das Gerät des Netztechnikers anzeigt und können es über die Cloud fernsteuern. So lassen sich auch knifflige Probleme schnell und einfach beheben, ohne dass unnötig viele Techniker die Straßen verstopfen. Bei immer größeren und komplexeren Glasfasernetzen können die Betreiber ihren Kunden so jederzeit die gewünschte Quality of Service garantieren.

SmartAccess Anywhere wird von allen Viavi SmartOTDR-Geräten unterstützt. Das Feature ist in verschiedenen Zugangspaketen erhältlich.
