Schnelle pyroelektrische Detektoren mit Modulationsfrequenzen bis zu einigen kHz ermöglichen den Einsatz klassischer Filterrad-Spektrometer in einer wettbewerbsfähigen kompakten Form. Die neuen Komponenten LIE-200 und LME-353 erhalten Sie ab sofort bei LASER COMPONENTS. Im Gegensatz zum mehrkanaligen Multi-Color-Detektor können die Messsignale seriell über ein und denselben optischen und elektronischen Kanal ausgelesen werden.

Der LIE-200 im TO-18 Gehäuse beinhaltet einen JFET als Impedanzwandler sowie Feedback-Komponenten, die in Kombination mit einem externen Operationsverstärker den Strombetrieb der pyroelektrischen Elemente realisieren. Die Lithiumtantalat(LiTaO3)-Chips ermöglichen Modulationsfrequenzen bis zu mehreren kHz.

Der Detektor LME-353 (TO-39 Gehäuse) besitzt einen integrierten Transimpedanzverstärker und erzeugt ohne zusätzliche externe Komponenten einen zwischen 10 Hz und 500 Hz flachen Signalverlauf bei hoher Spannungsempfindlichkeit von garantiert > 8.000 V.
