Verbesserte Dunkelsignalkorrektur bei PbS- und PbSe-Zeilendetektoren

Im Zuge der konsequenten Produktpflege führt CAL-Sensors im 4. Quartal 2011 eine weitere grundlegende Verbesserung der Linear Multiplexed Array LMA-Produktfamilie ein: Von 256 Pixeln sind am Zeilenanfang und am Zeilenende je die drei äußeren Pixel geschwärzt. Sie dienen als Referenzpunkte für die Temperaturregelung.

Aufgrund dieses Kunstgriffes kann das Zeitintervall zwischen Referenzmessungen erheblich vergrößert werden. Gegenüber der Vorgänger-Serie ist das Dunkelsignal-Muster etwa um den Faktor 5 stabiler und kommt jetzt in einen Bereich, den man bisher lediglich von Fotodioden-Arrays kannte.
