Visuelle Lasermarkierungen werden bei Arbeiten unter Vergrößerungsoptiken oft als unscharfe Leuchtflächen wahrgenommen, welche zudem viel zu groß erscheinen. Hier schafft LASER COMPONENTS Abhilfe! Speziell für Anwendungen, bei denen ein Mikroskop als Vergrößerungsoptik verwendet wird, konnten Lasermodule entwickelt werden, die auch bei vielfacher Vergrößerung einen scharfen Punkt abbilden.

In dem FLEXPOINT®-Modul kommen hochwertige optische Elemente zum Einsatz, sodass bspw. in 100 mm Abstand ein Strahldurchmesser von 0,020 mm erreicht wird. Trotz des aufwändigen Innenlebens sind die Außenabmessungen mit 95 mm Länge und 12 mm Durchmesser klein. Wellenlänge und Ausgangsleistungen werden nach Kundenwunsch angepasst. Optional sind diese FLEXPOINTs® mit einem integrierten Potentiometer zur Leistungsdimmung erhältlich. Die Dimmung des Lasers ist besonders vorteilhaft, wenn verschieden helle Objekte positioniert werden.
