Umzug der Fertigungsstätte in Florida

Noch im Januar traf man sich zum Spatenstich und bereits jetzt wurde die Eröffnung der neuen Fertigungsstätte in Florida gefeiert.

Die LASER COMPONENTS Pyro Group stellt damit die Weichen zum weiteren Ausbau des Unternehmens. Erst im Sommer 2014 wurde die Mehrheit der Microwatt Applications, LLC mitsamt dem gesamten Personal übernommen. Die Belegschaft wurde in den letzten Monaten massiv aufgestockt und mit der Einweihung des neuen Gebäudes ist ein 500%-iger Flächenzuwachs hinzugekommen.

"So darf es weitergehen" beginnt Patrick Paul seine Eröffnungsrede. "Die ersten Muster unserer pyroelektrischen Detektoren sind bei ausgewählten Kunden eingetroffen."

Und die Erwartungen an den Ausbau des Produktportfolios sind hoch. "Nicht nur wir selbst haben hohe Ansprüche. Auch unsere Kunden haben konkrete Wünsche an zukünftige Produkte geäußert, die wir natürlich erfüllen möchten - und das so schnell wie eben möglich. Von uns wird erwartet, dass der aktuelle Stand der Technik übertroffen wird." schließt Alan Doctor, der Geschäftsführer der Pyro Group, den offiziellen Teil der Feier.
