Mit der IG26H-Serie erweitert LASER COMPONENTS sein Angebot an hochwertigen Extended InGaAs-Photodioden. Die neuen Detektoren überzeugen durch niedrigen Dunkelstrom im Reverse-Bias-Betrieb und eine exzellente thermische Leistung, sodass keine externe Kühlung erforderlich ist. 

Die IG26H-Serie vereint einen hohen Shunt-Widerstand mit einer hohen Empfindlichkeit über ein breites Spektrum. Mit einer Spitzenempfindlichkeit von 1,45 A/W macht die IG26H-Serie auch spektrale Anwendungen möglich.  

Kunden können optional ein TO-Gehäuse wählen, das zusätzlich eine einstufige oder zweistufige TE-Kühlung ermöglicht. Die IG26H-Serie lässt sich vielseitig einsetzten. Spektrophotometrie, Diodenlaser-Monitoring, Flammenregelung und Gaserkennung sind nur einige Beispiele.
