Analog Component with High Linearity

Position Sensitive Detector by SiTek

(PresseBox) (Olching, )
Due to its large detection area of 30 x 30 mm, the SiTek PSD 2L30 achieves a resolution of more than 1/1.000.000. The detector field is mounted on a robust and insulating ceramic substrate, while a protective glass cover prevents disruptive environmental influences. Solderable pins allow the component to be easily mounted on circuit boards. The detector offers a capacitance of 730 pF and a particularly low typical leakage current of just 200 nA.

The PSD 2L30 reaches its highest sensitivity at 940 nm. In addition to this standard design, LASER COMPONENTS also offers UV or YAG optimized versions.
