Vollentspiegelte Luftspaltoptiken bei Laser 2000 für die Bioanalytik

Die Ultrakurzpuls-Objektive wurden speziell für die Multiphotonen-Anregung im Bereich der Bioanalytik als auch für die Mikromaterialbearbeitung entwickelt. Diese Objektive erzielen eine hohe numerische Apertur in Kombination mit einem großen Arbeitsabstand. Bei einer Eingangsapertur von 10 mm werden hierdurch kleinste, beugungsbegrenzte Spotgrößen erreicht. Der große Arbeitsabstand erlaubt außerdem eine permanente Stickstoffspülung im Spotbereich zur Entfernung von Ablationspartikeln. Zum Handling der extrem hohen Pulsenergien bestehen diese Objektive ausschließlich aus speziellen vollentspiegelten Luftspaltoptiken ohne Frontglasabschluß. Die Montage erfolgt unkompliziert über einen Standard RMS Anschluß.
