Ultrakompakt und höchsteffizient: Hochleistungs-Laserdioden für Faserlaser, Materialbearbeitung, Druck und Medizin
Die fasergekoppelten Hochleistungs-Einzelemitter der Serie SP von Sheaumann geben höchste Ausgangsleistungen bis zu 7 Watt bei 915, 940, 960 und 975 nm sowie bis zu 4 Watt bei 808 nm ab.
Diese Laserdioden nutzen fortschrittlichste Faserkoppel-Technologie in einem äußerst kompakten Gehäuse („SheauPac“ von Panasonic). Dieses revolutionäre Gehäusedesign bietet kleinste Basisfläche, geringen Querschnitt und höchste Ausgangsleistungen Es gewährleistet eine hohe Packungsdichte und somit ein extrem kompaktes Endgerätedesign. Der thermisch äußerst leitfähige Sockel sowie der kleine Kerndurchmesser von 100 µm prädestinieren diese Laserdioden für Applikationen, bei denen höchste Zuverlässigkeit und Brightness erforderlich sind, die mit konventionellen fasergekoppelten Laserdiodenbarren nicht erreicht werden können.
Typische Anwendungen sind das Pumpen von Faserlasern, Materialbearbeitung, Sensorik, Druck und Medizin.
Darüber hinaus sind ab Mai 2007 auch 1.5 Watt bei 1470 nm und 1532 nm erhältlich.
