Für Laserhersteller und Systemintegratoren: Diodengepumpte Nd:YAG- und Nd:YLF-Lasermodule von 20W bis 75W

Die diodengepumpten Festkörperlasermodule der Serie DPxD von Laser SOS wurden für einfachste Integration in Industrielasersysteme entwickelt.

Sie sind gegen elektrostatische Entladung, verkehrte Polung sowie Über-Temperatur geschützt und für den Betrieb in feuchter Umgebung ausgelegt.

Verschleißresistente Kühlkanäle und eine Minimierung der Korrosionserosion durch Auswahl nichtgalvanischer Materialien gewährleisten Wartungsfreiheit und eine hohe Lebensdauer. Weitere Kennzeichen sind der von außen sichtbare Betriebsstundenzähler, eine Monitorphotodiode sowie eine Anschlussmöglichkeit für Stickstoffspülung. Der interne Durchflussmesser sorgt für sofortige Abschaltung bei Ausfall des Kühlmittelflusses.

Die Pumpdioden sind in einem kompakten und robusten Gehäuse untergebracht. Eine Diagnosevorrichtung gewährleistet eine minimale Laserdiodendegradation. Darüber hinaus ist ein permanenter Schutzschaltkreis gegen Spannungsspitzen integriert.

Die Lasermodule sind mit Ausgangsleistungen von 20W (Low-Order-Mode) sowie 50W und 75W (Multimode) verfügbar. Sie können je nach Kundenanforderungen entweder mit Nd:YAG-Stab (1064nm) oder Nd:YLF-Stab (1047nm oder 1053nm) geliefert werden. Zur Stromversorgung sind passende Treiber mit Schnittstelle erhältlich.
