CRMplus:archive ist ein .NET basierendes Archivlösung mit Schnittstelle zu Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 und CRMplus:documents auf Basis von ACCANTUM. Auf Dokumente (z. B. eingescannte Korrespondenz), die im Archiv liegen können Sie direkt im Single Point of Information aus Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 zugreifen und sich diese kontaktorientiert anzeigen lassen. Außerdem können Sie Aktivitäten und Dokumente, die Sie in Microsoft Dynamics CRM und dem Dokumentenmodul CRMplus:documents abgelegt haben ins Archiv verschieben. Dies kann manuell oder zeitgesteuert über ein Ablaufdatum erfolgen.
