Kraftanlagen Energies & Services SE is introducing a new Executive Board on 1 April 2026. The new board combines internal experience with international expertise, further strengthening the company’s position as a reliable partner in energy and industrial transformation.
Florian Stöger and Jan Karsten are joining the Executive Board and, together with CFO Joachim Gessner, will form the new leadership team, as CEO Alfons Weber is retiring. With this new structure, Kraftanlagen combines comprehensive knowledge of the company with international management experience. Joachim Gessner, a long-standing member of the Executive Board, stands for continuity and stability, and will continue to lead the company’s commercial divisions. Florian Stöger has been part of the Kraftanlagen Group for many years, contributing significantly to the company’s success in various roles. Most recently, as Head of Operations for the Industry Business Unit, he was responsible for a key business area at Kraftanlagen, playing a decisive role in its strategic development. With Jan Karsten, Kraftanlagen is gaining an experienced manager from the Equans Group. In his most recent position, he served as CEO of Equans in the Czech Republic. With his outside perspective and international outlook, Jan Karsten brings important insights to the company’s future strategy and the further direction of Kraftanlagen
