Knowledge Department bringt ITIL mit Software-Qualität zusammen. In einem neuen Kurs mit Referent Boran Gögetap werden Service Management und ITIL speziell unter dem Aspekt der Software-Qualität betrachtet. Der Kurs ist als Einsteiger-Kurs gedacht und bereitet auf die Prüfung zum offiziellen ITIL-Foundation-Zertifikat vor, welches am Kursende abgelegt werden kann. In zwei Tagen werden neben allen wichtigen theoretischen Grundlagen von ITIL Service Management die prüfungsrelevanten Begriffe und Inhalte vermittelt. Darüber hinaus wird besonders das Thema Qualität in Hinblick auf die Erstellung von Software bei ITIL behandelt. Knowledge Department ergänzt damit nach der Weiterbildung zum ISTQB Certified Tester ein weiteres Zertifizierungsthema für Software-Qualitäts-Experten.
