Kingston Digital Europe Ltd, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Kingston Technology Company Inc., dem weltweiten unabhängigen Marktführer für Speicher-produkte hat die App zu seiner drahtlosen externe Speicherlösung Wi-Drive aktualisiert. Mit dem Download der neuesten App-Version profitieren Wi-Drive-Anwender von folgenden erweiterten Features:

Drahtlos Daten laden und löschen

Datenübertragung vom Wi-Drive- zur Wi-Drive App "local" Area und umgekehrt, kann via Wi-Fi erfolgen.

Erkennung der "Open In"- Option bei Apple-Geräten

Wird mit Dokumenten gearbeitet, stellt Wi-Drive die "Open In"- Option zur Verfügung. Anwender können somit frei wählen, welche App sie benutzen möchten um Daten zu öffnen und dorthin zu kopieren.

Zusätzliche Daten- und E-Mail-Funktionen

User können Musik, Fotos, Videos oder Dokumente (bis zu 10MB Grösse) an E-Mails anhängen und versenden.
