KBA-Tochtergesellschaft ändert ihren Namen

Um mögliche Namensverwechslungen mit einem großem Handelskonzern auszuschließen, wird die KBA-MetroPrint AG in Veitshöchheim mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2012 ihren Namen in KBA-MePrint AG ändern. Die hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Würzburger Koenig & Bauer AG (KBA) bietet UV-Offsetdrucktechnik für Plastikkarten, Folien und elektronische Datenträger an und wird weiterhin vom CEO Holger Volpert (47) geführt.

Die im industriellen Kennzeichnungsdruck tätige KBA-Metronic GmbH, eine Tochtergesellschaft der KBA-MePrint AG, behält ihren bisherigen Namen. An der Struktur beider Unternehmen ändert sich ebenfalls nichts.
