Kappa opto-electronics GmbH, der Spezialist für hochwertige widerstandsfähige CCD Kameras und Linos Photonics Ltd, der Hersteller anspruchsvoller optischer Systeme und Komponenten, haben eine Vertriebspartnerschaft vereinbart. Ab sofort ist das umfangreiche Kappa Kamera-Portfolio über LINOS in Großbritannien erhältlich, ob als integrierbare Kamera, in kundenspezifischer Ausführung oder als komplette Bildverarbeitungsanlage inkl. Linos Optik. Die Linos Ltd. mit Ihrer Optik-Kompetenz und Kappas Expertise im Bereich der Kameratechnologie bilden gemeinsam ein ideales Team, um den Britischen Bildverarbeitungsmarkt zu bedienen. "Damit sind unsere Produkte auf einen der interessantesten europäischen Märkte erhältlich", sagt Dieter Gellrich, Key Account Manager der Kappa opto-electronics GmbH. Die ersten aussichtsreichen Kontakte wurden bereits während der IPOT 2008 im Februar in Birmingham- eine der wichtigsten Britischen Messe für Bildverarbeitung und Prozessautomation-, auf dem gemeinsamen Messestandstand geknüpft. Gellrich berichtet von hochqualifizierten gezielten Anfragen, die auf eine große Nachfrage von Kappa Produkten in UK schließen lassen.
