The i.Comp 8 / 9 from Kaeser features an impressive new drive concept. The roto-moulded PE enclosure conceals an oil-free reciprocating compressor powered by a speed-controlled drive motor, which always delivers the exact volume of compressed air actually required. With i.Comp Tower T versions, the compressor block, air receiver, refrigeration dryer and Sigma Control 2 controller are all housed together within one complete turnkey package. This makes them the ideal choice for applications such as beverage filling, cleaning and drying processes, as well as process control.

When it comes to energy efficiency, Kaeser’s new CSG series of oil-free compression rotary screw compressors takes your sensitive production processes to the next level. IE5 efficiency class synchronous reluctance motors combined with Kaeser’s further-refined Sigma Profile airend make these systems exceptionally energy-efficient.

The water-cooled CSG with integrated i.HOC compressed air dryer and heat recovery system makes double use of the heat generated during compression – ideal for supporting washing processes and for heating sanitary and process water.
