Compressed air management system Sigma Air Manager 4.0

Adaptive, efficient and networked: demand-oriented compressed air management takes on a whole new meaning with the Sigma Air Manager. This advanced master controller choreographs operation of multiple compressors and blowers, as well as dryers or filters, with unprecedented efficiency. Thanks to networking of all components within the compressed air station via this intelligent master controller and the secure Kaeser Sigma Network, comprehensive monitoring, energy management and predictive maintenance are all possible. This minimises downtime and maximises production performance and energy efficiency.

“Plug & Work”: The rotary lobe blower systems of the BBC series with the Omega profile

Kaeser’s compact series turnkey rotary lobe blowers, equipped with Omega profile rotors, ensure reliable and energy-efficient performance. Ready-equipped with the Sigma Control blower controller, all necessary sensors and a star-delta starter (or frequency converter), these versatile units are CE- and EMC-certified. As a result, they significantly reduce the work and costs required for planning, installation, certification, documentation and commissioning. Needless to say, these highly efficient rotary lobe blowers are also available as base-mounted units without a control cabinet. They can additionally be fitted with an optional external air cooler. 

Efficiency with minimal space requirement: The Aircenter all-in-one compressed air station

The SM 13 fluid-cooled rotary screw compressor lies at the heart of the Aircenter. Together with an energy-saving refrigeration dryer and a compressed air receiver installed underneath, the result is a compact and highly efficient complete compressed air station. The SM 13 model is also available with a frequency converter for infinitely variable flow rate control. Simply connect a power supply and the air distribution network to this space-saving, all-in-one system and you’re ready to go!

Just like the motto “Compressed air as a service” – that’s what KAESER offers with its Sigma Air Utility contracting model. Customers immediately reap the rewards of an energy-efficient and dependable compressed air supply with no need for capital investment. Users not only benefit from improved liquidity; compressed air costs become variable costs, which are immediately tax-deductible. The customer pays only for the compressed air consumed, billed at the agreed fixed price per cubic metre.
