K.Hartwall at LogiMAT 2026: the A-MATE® mobile robots – intelligent intralogistics for forklift-free, sustainable, and efficient material flows

K.Hartwall presents the next generation of intralogistics at LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart (Hall 8, Booth 8C51) – modular, scalable, and future-proof

(PresseBox) (Söderkulla, )
.
Hall 8, Booth 8C51

At this year’s LogiMAT, K.Hartwall demonstrates how modern intralogistics can be reimagined through automation, interoperability, and sustainability. The focus is on the A-MATE® product family – a comprehensive solution for the automated transport of small to large load carriers. The vehicles impress with their omnidirectional drive, enabling maximum flexibility in tight spaces and complex layout Complementing this portfolio are the proven LiftLiner® tugger trains, which, together with the AGV systems, reduce manual processes, lower operating costs, and significantly increase workplace safety.

The A-MATE® mobile robots: Modularity and intelligence for every logistics task

K.Hartwall offers seamless, scalable solutions that integrate effortlessly into existing logistics processes. The A-MATE® vehicles cover the entire spectrum and, thanks to their omnidirectional drive, move in all directions – ideal for dynamic and space-critical environments:
  • A-MATE® Lite for flexible transport of floor rollers, roll containers, and half-Euro pallets (800 mm x 600 mm)
  • A-MATE® FreeLift for pallets and large load carriers, equipped with innovative features such as 3D pallet recognition (A-MATE View) and RFID authentication
Thanks to the open software architecture and partnership with Bosch Rexroth, visitors can experience the interoperability between systems live at the booth – controlled by ROKIT onboard software and orchestrated via ACTIVE Fleet Manager.

Sustainability and efficiency: LiftLiner® Tugger Trains as a forklift-free alternative

With the LiftLiner® and LiftLiner® RC tugger trains, K.Hartwall presents a flexible, all-electric solution for transporting various load carriers – from Euro pallets to roll containers. The systems impress with:
  • Bidirectional loading and unloading for maximum flexibility
  • Compact train lengths and excellent tracking accuracy
  • Fully electric lift and tilt technology for improved ergonomics and safety
A special highlight is the LiftLiner® RC, which for the first time enables the transport of a wide range of roll containers and dollies – ideal for a gradual transition to forklift-free logistics.

Live demos and practical examples: Intralogistics you can experience

At the booth, visitors can test the performance of the A-MATE® vehicles and the modular flexibility of the LiftLiner® systems themselves. Also on display is wide range of load carriers from Lean adaptor pallets to roll containers and dollies, which enable you to reduce manual handling, improve ergonomics and safety for your employes and are a sustainable solution for material handling inside your warehouse or factory floor
