J-Assure tightly couples a subscription services and support model with Juniper's software release model, which provides customers direct access to designated service managers and senior Juniper engineers. This service allows customers to take advantage of new feature releases for Juniper solutions including the branch office, remote access, network access control, data center, and IPTV. As a result, J-Assure customers receive on-going support to allow customers to fine-tune and optimize their networks for the highest level of performance and maximize the value of their hardware purchases.

ProACT combines senior engineers to provide forward-looking services to optimize network performance with service management.
ProACT Plus is a combination of Prime Plus features and ProACT, which is designed for mission critical networks where the network is the business.
