JULABO bietet den Kunden ein komplettes Dienstleistungspaket für die professionelle Geräteinstallation und Gerätequalifikation an. Zur Unterstützung der Gerätequalifizierung erhalten Kunden nun bei JULABO IQ/OQ Dokumentationen für die verschiedensten JULABO Temperiergeräte aus dem aktuellen Lieferprogramm. Die Gerätequalifizierung umfasst die Installationsqualifizierung (IQ), die den ordnungsgemäßen Zustand und die richtige Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes nachweist. Die operative Qualifizierung (OQ) belegt die Funktionen des Gerätes innerhalb seiner Betriebsspezifikation. Die Unterlagen beinhalten ausführliche Testprotokolle mit allen notwendigen Prüfschritten, um die ordnungsgemäße Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Leistungsfähigkeit des Gerätes beim Kunden sicherzustellen. Notwendig sind solche Validierungen z.B. bei Audits, zur eigenen Qualitätssicherung nach ISO-9001 sowie bei einer GMP konformer Qualitätskontrolle. Die Dokumente sind derzeit in deutscher, englischer und französischer Sprache erhältlich.
