Laut Bloomberg-Analysten besteht nach einer Twitternachricht eine 90%ige Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass ein Bitcoin-Spot-ETF bis zum 10. Januar 2024 genehmigt wird. Alle zwölf Anträge für einen Bitcoin-Spot-ETF, einschließlich eines von BlackRock, dem weltweit größten Vermögensverwalter, haben ihre letzte Frist bis März 2024, außer dem von Ark Invest. Dieser Antrag muss bis zum 10. Januar 2024 bewilligt oder abgelehnt werden. Die SEC hatte zuvor Anträge mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dass der Kryptomarkt manipuliert sei, jedoch wurde die Ablehnung von Ark Invest als unrechtmäßig eingestuft. Ein genehmigter Bitcoin-Spot-ETF könnte den nächsten Bullenmarkt auslösen und den Preis von Bitcoin auf 60.000 US-Dollar steigern. Anträge für Ethereum-Spot-ETFs wurden ebenfalls eingereicht.

Charttechnik

Seit den Tief Mitte November 2022 hat die bekannteste Kryptowährung zeitweise über 140% zugelegt, dabei konnte der Kurs von ca. 15600 US-Dollar auf nahezu 38400 US-Dollar steigen. Diese Aufwärtsbewegung gerät aktuell etwas ins Stocken und geht in eine Konsolidierung über. Denkbar wäre ein weiterer Anstieg zur 40.000 US-Dollar-Marke. Andernfalls könnte ein Abstieg Richtung 35600 US-Dollar folgen, wo eine Unterstützung liegt.
