Auf der Analytica in München präsentiert Schneider-Kreuznach eine Neuheit im Bereich Beleuchtung. Die Ultra LED Engine 6 ist eine leistungsstarke Lichtquelle, insbesondere für anspruchsvolle Medizin- und Industrie-Anwendungen. Sie wurde nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik konstruiert, um Licht möglichst effektiv in Faserbündel einzukoppeln. Herausragende 1200 lm Lichtstrom für Lichtleiter mit 6 Millimeter aktivem Faserbündel (NA 0.54) bedeuten genug Licht für anspruchsvollste Aufgaben bei hervorragender Helligkeitsverteilung. Die Ultra LED Engine 6 ist die perfekte Wahl für Anwendungen in der Medizintechnik, wo dünne Lichtleiter notwendig sind.

Die Ultra LED Engine basiert auf einer Hochleistungs-LED, die durch einen Ventilator gekühlt wird. Die kompakte Bauart spart Gewicht und ermöglicht den Einbau in Systeme mit wenig Platz. Die Lebensdauer beträgt 30.000 Stunden, das reduziert die Wartung auf ein Minimum.
