Jetter steigert den Quartalsumsatz um 18%

Im ersten Geschäftsquartal zum 30.06.2008 erzielte die Jetter AG (ISIN: DE0006264005) mit 13,2 Mio. Euro den höchsten Drei-Monats-Umsatz ihrer Geschichte. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahresquartal mit 11,2 Mio. Euro betrug die Steigerung rund 18%. Auch das Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Steuern (EBIT) stellt mit TEUR 1.609 eine neue Bestmarke dar (Vorjahr: TEUR 1.482). Das Ergebnis pro Aktie betrug EUR 0,48 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,37).

Da im zweiten Quartal auf Grund von Werksferien bei Großkunden der Umsatz leicht zurückgehen wird, wird die Jahresprognose nicht angehoben. Der Vorstand erwartet nach wie vor ein zweistelliges Umsatzwachstum, das EBIT-Ziel bleibt bei 10 %.

Der Quartalsbericht wird am 12. August 2008 veröffentlicht und wird dann auf den Internetseiten von Jetter (http://www.jetter.de) und der Deutschen Börse (http://deutsche-boerse.com) erhältlich sein.
