Jet Messaging releases latest OpenTravel updates

Newly updated C# DLLs decrease OTA implementation time

(PresseBox) (Zurich, )
New Year greetings from Jet Messaging, with updates of all 7 of its existing Air, Hotel, and Vehicle libraries for the OpenTravel Alliance (OTA) schemas.

As the travel industry expands beyond its traditional distribution channels, standards organizations such as OpenTravel and IATA are defining the rules by which suppliers and aggregators of travel content exchange information. These rules are represented by XML schemas, with complex sets of sequences, collections, extensions, and restrictions.

Not only do JMT Libraries faithfully represent the fully defined source schemas, but they provide embedded documentation and built-in type validation which dramatically reduces the early development phase of new software projects by eliminating the trial and error often associated with consuming a new web service.

These ready-to-use DLLs are freely available for evaluation in the Jet Messaging online store at ComponentSource.

Eric Lehmann, CEO of Jet Messaging, said: “Jet Messaging is committed to providing the highest quality software solutions for developers, and removing the barriers to entry for entrenched industries such as travel, finance, and healthcare. With our strongly typed class libraries, we empower software developers by allowing them to focus on implementing complex business logic, not infrastructure.

In addition to providing comprehensive C# libraries for the .NET Framework, Jet Messaging will shortly be releasing a Visual Studio extension that brings intelligent proxy class code generation for web services to the Microsoft development environment.

Even with libraries and tools to revolutionize .NET programming, Jet Messaging is dedicated to removing costly implementation headaches for every software project. New libraries will be made available, such as for IATA NDC Shopping, as well as support for new languages and architectures, such as Java and REST.

2015 will be an exciting year, so stay tuned!

Act now to lock in last year’s pricing for commercial licenses, which has been extended until March 31, 2015.
