Die Jenaer Antriebstechnik GmbH (JAT) stellt eine innovative Regelstruktur zur präzisen Steuerung von Ab- und Aufwickelwalzen in Rolle-zu-Rolle-Prozessen vor. Die Technologie, die in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem Kunden entwickelt wurde, verbessert die Materialführung und ist auf Kundenwunsch in JAT Servoreglern integriert.

Besonders bei der Verarbeitung flexibler Materialien wie biegbaren Leiterplatten, gedruckter Elektronik oder flexiblen OLED-Displays sorgt die präzise Bahnspannungsregelung für mehr Prozessstabilität und eine gleichmäßige Materialführung. Ein zentrales Element der Lösung ist eine dynamische Tänzerregelung, die Bahnspannungsschwankungen ausgleicht und selbst bei ultradünnen Materialien eine geregelte Spannung gewährleistet.

Dank der Integration in JAT-Servoverstärker profitieren Anwender von höherer Prozesssicherheit, reduzierten Stillstandszeiten und einer erweiterten Materialkompatibilität. Die neue Funktion kann per Softwareanpassung in bestehenden und neuen Produktionsanlagen implementiert werden.
