Elastomerkupplungen sind steckbare, spielfreie und flexible Wellenkupplungen für alle kleinen und mittleren Drehmomente bis 2000 Nm. Das Verbindungs- und Ausgleichselement ist ein Kunststoffstern mit evolventenförmigen Zähnen und hoher Shore-Härte. Dieser wird formschlüssig, mit leichter Vorspannung in zwei hochpräzise gefertigte Naben mit klauenförmigen Nocken eingesetzt. Der elastische Kupplungsstern ist elektrisch isolierend und weist ein gutes Schwingungsdämpfungsverhalten auf. Die Serien EKM, ESM-A und EKH sind im Standardprogramm erhältlich, auf Anfrage sind auch individuelle Lösungen möglich.
