Kompakte Überlastbegrenzung

Die Sicherheitskupplung der Reihe SKY für indirekte Antriebe von JAKOB Antriebstechnik ist als Überlastbegrenzung bzw. Kollisionsschutz für modernste Anforderungen ausgelegt. Bei einer kompakten Bauweise kann sie dennoch hohe Ausrückmomente von bis zu 9000 Nm bieten. Die Konus-Klemmbuchse ermöglicht eine einfache Montage, große Wellen- bzw. Bohrungsdurchmesser, die hohe mögliche Lagerbelastung sowie die ausgezeichnete Rundlaufgenauigkeit runden die Sicherheitskupplung ab. Durch die Verwendung von hochfestem Vergütungsstahl mit Randschichthärtung bzw. Plasmabeschichtung der relevanten Funktionsflächen konnten besonders hohe Ausrückmomente realisiert werden. Auf Wunsch ist sie zudem in rostfreier Ausführung erhältlich.
