InVision Software kooperiert mit niederländischem Systemintegrator

Brickworks B.V. vertreibt ab sofort das InVision Staff Planning System in den BeNeLux-Ländern

Vergangenen Donnerstag, 18. September 2003, vereinbarten die InVision Software AG und Brickworks B.V. ihre vertriebliche Zusammenarbeit. Der bisherige Direktvertrieb des Staff Planning System wird somit weitgehend durch ein Vertriebspartnermodell abgelöst. Ab sofort übernimmt Brickworks B.V. den Verkauf der Workforce Management-Systeme von InVision in den Niederlanden, Belgien und Luxemburg.
Das 1998 gegründete Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz im niederländischen Culemborg ist führender Systemintegrator auf dem Gebiet der Computer Telefonie. Brickworks B.V. beschäftigt 35 Mitarbeiter, die rund 65 Kunden in Belgien und in den Niederlanden betreuen. Neben InVision zählen bereits Interactive Intelligence und Eyretel, ebenfalls international agierende Unternehmen, zum Portfolio von Brickworks.
Mit Brickworks B.V. hat InVision einen expandierenden und erfolgreichen Kooperationspartner gefunden. „Exzellente Marktkenntnisse und fundierte Expertise im Call Center-Bereich machen Brickworks zum idealen Distributor in den BeNeLux-Staaten“, begrüßt Andreas Bopp, International Business Development Manager bei InVision, die grenzübergreifende Zusammenarbeit. „Der Ausbau des internationalen Vertriebsnetzes von InVision erhält durch den Zusammenschluss neue Impulse“.
