Kathodischer Korrosionsschutz mit ZINK– Kostensenkung und Klimaschutz im Konstruktiven Ingenieurbau

Vielleicht haben Sie es gelesen - eine der wichtigsten Brücken im Bochumer Stadtgebiet wurde nach zwei Jahren Bauzeit zur Nutzung freigegeben. Eine ordentliche Ingenieurleistung, denn die Brücke überspannt gleich mehrere wichtige Bahnverbindungen des Ruhrgebiets und der Bauplatz war nicht leicht zugänglich. Die neue Lohringbrücke ist 102 m lang, bietet nun eine Fahrbahn für Radfahrer und ist dauerhaft mit Zink gegen Korrosion geschützt.

Der Korrosionsschutz von großen Sanierungs- und Ersatzbauwerken aus Stahl mit einer Spritzverzinkung ist in vielen europäischen Ländern bereits Praxis, auch in Deutschland werden immer mehr Brückenbauwerke auf kommunaler und Landesebene mit dieser nachhaltigen, wirtschaftlichen und umweltverträglichen Korrosionsschutztechnik umgesetzt.

Wie funktioniert thermisches Spritzverzinken und dauerhafter Korrosionsschutz mit dem Werkstoff Zink? Ein neues Fortbildungsseminar des VSVI-NRW informiert mit sieben Fachreferaten über thermisches Spritzverzinken, Feuerverzinken, kathodischen Korrosionsschutz von Beton und die erforderlichen Planungsgrundlagen.
