Veranstaltung: Compliance-Management für mittelständische Unternehmen

Compliance-Management hat sich zu einem bedeutenden Bestandteil verantwortungsvoller Unternehmensführung entwickelt. Eine effektive, gelebte Compliance-Struktur erleichtert die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Richtlinien und unternehmensinterner Vorgänge. Dadurch können Haftungsrisiken und ein nicht unerheblicher Imageverlust vermieden werden.

Aus diesem Anlass bietet die IHK Heilbronn-Franken am 18. November von 18:00 bis 20:15 Uhr eine Compliance-Veranstaltung im Saal Franken der IHK Heilbronn-Franken an.

Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung wird dargestellt was sich hinter dem Begriff Compliance verbirgt und ob die Einführung von Compliance-Regelungen in ein Unternehmen sinnvoll oder sogar zwingend notwendig ist. Ferner soll aufgezeigt werden, wie man eine erfolgreiche Compliance-Strategie entwickeln und nachhaltig etablieren kann.

Die Grundlagen und Ziele von Compliance wird Prof. Dr. Martin Schulz von der GGS erläutern. Des Weiteren werden Dr. Johann-Volker Peter von der Kanzlei Dr. Peter Link & Kollegen aus Nordhausen, Dr. Susanne Jochheim von der Kanzlei BRP Renaud und Partner mbH aus Stuttgart und Jürgen Gabriel von der MANN + HUMMEL GmbH aus Ludwigsburg zu dem Thema Compliance-Management berichten.
