Der gute Ton am Telefon

Die Kunst des Telefonierens stellt die Visitenkarte eines Unternehmens dar. Richtiges Telefonverhalten heißt die Kunden willkommen und sorgt dafür, dass der Kunde auf Anhieb das erfährt, was er erwartet. Seminarziel ist das sichere Agieren am Telefon in allen Situationen durch Service und Kundenorientierung.
Die Seminarkosten betragen 250,00 Euro.
Referentin ist Anja Diehm aus Weinsberg.
