Infoveranstaltung am 1. Dezember in der IHK Heilb-ronn-Franken / Regionale Produkte - Kooperationen - Vermarktung

Durch die konsequente Wertorientierung im Kaufverhalten bei Lebensmitteln bevorzugen immer mehr Verbraucher Lebensmittel aus regionaler Herkunft. Die Region Heilbronn-Franken kann mit zahlreichen, hochwertigen landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen aufwarten. Engagierten Erzeugern, Händlern und Gastronomen fehlen aber oftmals die notwendigen Netzwerke und Plattformen, um einerseits neue Kundensegmente zu erschließen und andererseits die wachsende Nachfrage auch bedienen zu können. Eine IHK-Veranstaltung zeigt Marktchancen und Kooperationsmodelle auf, Branchenexperten geben Hinweise für die Praxis. Die kostenfreie Veranstaltung findet am Mittwoch, 1.
