"Der gute Ton am Telefon"

Am 9. Oktober findet von 08:30 bis 16:30 Uhr im Haller Haus der Wirtschaft (IHK) ein Seminar zum Thema „Der gute Ton am Telefon“ statt. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei der sichere Umgang am Telefon. Vor allem die Service- und Kundenorientierung wird geschult.

Professionelles Telefonverhalten vermittelt ein positives Unternehmensbild nach außen und erfüllt die Erwartungen der Kun-den. Somit ist ein „guter Ton am Telefon“ für jedes Unternehmen eine wichtige Visitenkarte. Referentin Anja Diehm wird die entscheidenden Kriterien für ein erfolgreiches Telefonieren vermitteln. Die Seminarkosten betragen 250,00 Euro.
