Im Lehrgang werden neben spezifischen Ausbilderkenntnissen wichtige, im Beruf unentbehrliche Methoden und Techniken (Präsentations- und Moderationstechnik, Gesprächsführungstechnik, Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden usw.) pra-xisorientiert behandelt. Fach- und Führungskräfte sind bestens auf ihre Aufgabe als Ausbilder vorbereitet, wenn sie neben einer fachlichen Qualifikation die berufs- und arbeitspädagogische Eignung nachgewiesen haben.

Starttermine:
Ab 23. September – Kompaktkurs mit 40 UE
Die Lehrgangskosten betragen 360,00 €.

Ab 11. Oktober – Vollzeit mit 80 UE, jeweils samstags
Die Lehrgangskosten betragen 490,00 €.

Ab 3. November – Vollzeit mit 80 UE
Die Lehrgangskosten betragen 490,00 €.
