Wenn der Kunde nicht zahlt: IHK informiert zu Neuregelungen im Zwangsvollstreckungsrecht

Die IHK Saarland weist darauf hin, dass zum 1. April 2016 für Zwangsvollstreckungsaufträge ein Formular des Bundesministeriums der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz verbindlich wird. Das Formular ist unter www.bmjv.de - Rubrik: Service/Formular, Muster und Vordrucke eingestellt. Ihren Mitgliedsunternehmen rät die IHK dringend, alle Formalien einzuhalten und das Muster-Formular unterschrieben in Papierform an den Gerichtsvollzieher zu übersenden. Auf ihrer Website (www.saarland.ihk.de) hat die IHK unter der Kennzahl 64 das Merkblatt "Was tun, wenn der Kunde nicht zahlt" eingestellt. Darin finden sich umfangreiche Informationen zur Durchführung von Mahn- und Inkassoverfahren, damit es nicht zur Zwangsvollstreckung kommt.
