Saar-Arbeitsmarkt im Zeichen der Strukturkrise

IHK-Hauptgeschäftsführer Dr. Frank Thomé zu den heute vorgelegten Arbeitsmarktzahlen

„Die Rezession und die Transformation der Wirtschaft halten den Arbeitsmarkt fest im Griff. Dass die Arbeitslosigkeit vom Januar auf den Februar leicht zurückgegangen ist, ist dem recht milden Wetter geschuldet. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr ist die Zahl der Arbeitslosen aber höher. Angesichts der schwachen Wirtschaftslage und der schwierigen Rahmenbedingungen ist mit einem Aufwärtstrend nicht zu rechnen. Für mehr Wachstum und Beschäftigung ist stattdessen jetzt ein echter Aufbruch in der Wirtschaftspolitik erforderlich mit konkreten Entlastungen bei Steuern und Abgaben, Investitionen in Zukunftsprojekte, wettbewerbsfähigen Energiekosten und einem umfassenden Bürokratieabbau.“ So kommentierte IHK-Hauptgeschäftsführer Dr. Frank Thomé die heute (28. Februar) von der Regionaldirektion der Bundesagentur für Arbeit vorgelegten Arbeitsmarktzahlen.
