Infoveranstaltung "Pensionszusage - Fluch oder Segen für die GmbH?!" am 11. Februar

Am Dienstag, 11. Februar 2014, 18:00 - 20:00 Uhr, findet in der IHK Saarland eine Informationsveranstaltung zum Thema "Pensionszusage - Fluch oder Segen für die GmbH?!" statt. In der Vergangenheit erteilte Pensionszusagen erweisen sich mittlerweile für viele GmbH's, ihre Gesellschafter und Geschäftsführer immer mehr zu gefährlichen Stolpersteinen. Begriffe wie Finanzierungslücke, unzureichende Altersversorgung, Bilanzstruktur, Unternehmensrating und Nachfolge führen oftmals zur Verwirrung. In der IHK-Veranstaltung zeigen Experten Wege im Umgang mit Pensionszugsagen sowie praktische Lösungsvorschläge auf und erläutern unter anderem die Themen Rückdeckung, Auslagerung, Abfindung, Verzicht, Bilanzoptimierung und Nachfolgeplan. Alle Interessierten sind zu der unentgeltlichen Veranstaltung herzlich eingeladen.
