"Der positive Trend auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ist robust und nachhaltig. Die Konjunktur befindet sich im Aufwind und die Unternehmen wollen verstärkt Mitarbeiter einstellen. Diese Entwicklung wird sich in den kommenden Monaten fortsetzen und die Arbeitslosigkeit im Jahresverlauf weiter sinken lassen. Wir rechnen im Jahresschnitt mit 33.000 Arbeitslosen. Dadurch rückt das Problem Fachkräftemangel immer weiter in den Vordergrund." So kommentiert IHK-Hauptgeschäftsführer Volker Giersch die heute (31.3.2011) von der Regionaldirektion der Bundesagentur für Arbeit vorgelegten Arbeitsmarktzahlen.
