"Erfolgsfaktor Familienfreundlichkeit - Ein starkes Netzwerk stellt sich vor"

Am Mittwoch, 25. November 2015, 15 Uhr, laden IHK Saarland, HWK des Saarlandes und saar.is e.V. ein zur Veranstaltung "Erfolgsfaktor Familienfreundlichkeit - Ein starkes Netzwerk stellt sich vor" mit Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer. Unternehmen, die familienfreundlich handeln, sind attraktive Arbeitgeber und im Wettbewerb um Fach- und Führungskräfte besser gerüstet. Bei uns im Saarland hat sich in den letzten Jahren bereits vieles getan: Die Arbeitswelt ist familienfreundlicher geworden. Viele Unternehmen punkten mit lebensphasenorientierter Personalpolitik. Sie unterstützen junge Mütter und Väter, aber auch Mitarbeiter, die Angehörige pflegen, ganz gezielt. Einen kräftigen Impuls dafür liefert seit 2013 das Gütesiegel „Familienfreundliches Unternehmen“ – mehr als 150 Arbeitgeber machen inzwischen mit. Zusammen bilden Sie ein starkes Netzwerk, von dem andere lernen können. Wie Familienfreundlichkeit zu einem echten Erfolgsfaktor für Ihr Unternehmen werden kann, steht im Mittelpunkt der Veranstaltung "Erfolgsfaktor Familienfreundlichkeit - Ein starkes Netzwerk stellt sich vor". Diese findet statt in der IHK Saarland (Franz-Josef-Röder-Straße 9, 66119 Saarbrücken). Alle Interessierten sind herzlich eingeladen. Um Anmeldung wird gebeten.
