Entsenderecht: IHK begrüßt angekündigte Vereinfachungen

"Die IHK Saarland begrüßt die Absicht der französischen Regierung, die Melde- und Kontrollformalitäten für den hochfrequenten Dienstleistungsverkehr in den Grenzregionen zu vereinfachen. Die Aussetzung der zum Jahreswechsel ursprünglichen vorgesehenen Meldegebühr und die Aussicht auf Ausnahmen für so genannte "risiko-arme" Aktivitäten und Branchen geht in die richtige Richtung: Dadurch sinkt der Aufwand für grenzüberschreitende Tätigkeiten in den Unternehmen. Zudem wird die Bürokratie in den Behörden verschlankt, so dass effektive Kontrollen zum in Sachen Schwarzarbeit und Lohndumping überhaupt erst möglich werden."
So kommentierte IHK-Hauptgeschäftsführer Dr. Heino Klingen die von der französischen Regierung angekündigten Vereinfachungen im Entsenderecht.
