Immonet bietet QR-Codes für Makler-Exposés

Gewerbliche Anbieter bei Immonet können ab sofort QR-Codes für ihre Exposés erstellen. Für Makler wird es damit noch leichter, die Aufmerksamkeit potentieller Kunden zu gewinnen - und sie direkt vom Exposé im Schaufenster oder der Werbung am Maklergalgen auf die mobile Seite ihrer Objekte zu führen.

Der neue "ImmoCode", ein zweidimensionaler Strichcode, wird auf Wunsch automatisch bei der Objekteingabe generiert und enthält die mobile Webadresse des jeweiligen Exposés. Der ImmoCode lässt sich als Grafik speichern oder direkt in das PDF-Exposé integrieren und ausdrucken. Als innovativer Eyecatcher auf Objektbeschreibungen, Werbebroschüren oder am Maklergalgen kann er mit jedem Smartphone entschlüsselt werden, auf dem ein QR-Code-Reader installiert ist. Der Nutzer wird nach dem Scanvorgang direkt auf die entsprechende mobile Seite des Immobilienangebots bei Immonet geführt.
