Was wird gefördert?
  • Förderfähig sind Maßnahmen an Wohngebäuden und Gebäuden von gemeinnützigen Vereinen und Stiftungen sowie kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen
  • Maßnahme zur Energieeinsparung an der Gebäudehülle (Dämmung von Fassade, Dach und Kellerdecke) sowie Bonuszahlung für das Erreichen von Effizienzstandards nach Vorgaben der KfW
  • Maßnahmen zur effizienten Nutzung von Energien (Erdwärmesonden, Erdwärmekollektoren und -körbe für Sole-Wasser-Wärmepumpen und
  • Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien (PV-Anlagen, Plug-In-PV-Anlagen, Batteriespeicher für PV-Anlagen und solarthermische Anlagen
Folgende Zuschüsse werden gewährt:
  • Photovoltaikanlage: 150€/kWp, maximal 4.500€
  • Batteriespeicher: 150€/kWh nutzbare Speicherkapazität, maximla 1.050€
Der maximale Gesamtförderbetrag für die Gebäudehülle beträgt maximal 15.000 Euro.

Kumulierung: Zuschüsse der Stadt Erlangen sind kombinierbar mit den Zuschüssen der KfW, des BAFA und des PV-Speicher-Programms der Bayerischen Staatsregierung.
