Lohnuntergrenze für Zeitarbeitsbranche zugestimmt

Einstimmiges Votum des BMAS-Tarifausschusses

Der Tarifausschuss beim BMAS stimmte dem Vorschlag von BAP, iGZ und DGB-Gewerkschaften auf Festsetzung einer Lohnuntergrenze jetzt einstimmig zu. Der gemeinsam eingereichte Vorschlag auf Festsetzung einer Lohnuntergrenze für die Zeitarbeitsbranche wurde am 08.12. vor dem Tarifausschuss im Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS) verhandelt. Aufgrund dieser Zustimmung kann das Bundesministerium nun die Rechtsverordnung erlassen, mit der die Lohnuntergrenze für die Zeitarbeitsbranche allgemeinverbindlich wird. Die derzeit gültigen Mindestentgelte der Entgeltgruppen 1 in Höhe von 7,89 € West und 7,01 € Ost sind auch für Zeitarbeitsunternehmen aus dem Ausland verbindlich. Die Lohnuntergrenze wird in Kürze in Kraft treten und bis zum 31. Oktober 2013 gültig sein.
