Einen ganz besonderen Service bietet die Website der PC-WELT ab sofort ihren Nutzern. Auf pcwelt.de findet sich täglich über www.pcwelt.de/... eine kostenlose Vollversion aus den verschiedensten Anwendungsbereichen zum Download.

In Kooperation mit "Give away of the Day" können Nutzer jeden Tag ein neues Programm für den Privatgebrauch auf den eigenen PC herunterladen. Eine Einschränkung gibt es allerdings: Die Programme stehen jeweils nur 24 Stunden zur Verfügung und lassen sich nur am Tag ihrer Veröffentlichung installieren. Danach ist eine Installation der Vollversion nicht mehr möglich.

In den vergangenen Tagen standen bereits verschiedene aktuelle Anwenderprogramme und Spiele im Wert von mehreren hundert Euro zum Download bereit. Somit lohnt es sich täglich auf pcwelt.de nachzuschauen, welche Vollversion gerade im Angebot ist. Nutzer können sich darüber hinaus auch per Newsletter über die jeweils aktuelle Vollversion des Tages informieren lassen. Dieser wird werktäglich verschickt und ist kostenlos.
