IDEAL Electrical set to showcase versatile connectors, durable hand tools and reliable test and measurement equipment at Light + Building 2024

(PresseBox) (Warrington, )
IDEAL Electrical, a global manufacturer of electrical accessories, tools and equipment, is gearing up to exhibit at Light + Building 2024, the world’s leading trade fair for lighting and building services technology, taking place 3-8 March 2024 at the Messe Frankfurt exhibition centre in Germany.

Hosted biennially, this impressive event is dedicated to lighting trends, the electrification and digitalisation of home and building service technology and connected security technology. IDEAL is delighted to be showcasing its high-quality product range on Stand A08 in Hall 12.1.

Brett Smyth, Managing Director of IDEAL Electrical EMEA and APAC, said, “We are very much looking forward to exhibiting at Light + Building. The motto of the 2024 event is ‘Be Electrified’ with a focus on ‘Sustainability’, ‘Connectivity’ and ‘Work + Living’. At IDEAL, we understand the complexities of contemporary projects and the show’s themes align perfectly with our product range, which has been designed to deliver the simple, consistent and compliant installations required in the buildings of tomorrow.”

Wire connectors to suit every installation

Visitors to the IDEAL stand can get to grips with the company’s versatile range of wire connectors, including innovative Lever Wire Connectors, which offer a faster, easier and more cost-effective alternative to terminal blocks. These connectors are suitable for joining solid, stranded or flexible conductors and allow electricians to secure cables in place in seconds, with no screwdriver or crimping required. Also on show will be IDEAL’s Push-In Wire Connector range, which has recently expanded with the launch of the new CE approved, 3-port, 6mm2 connector. The fastest, easiest, push-in connectors on the market, the Push-In range can reduce installation time by up to 50% compared to more traditional connection methods. Completing the connector line-up is the SpliceLine In-Line Wire Connector, which utilises push-in technology to provide a crimp-free, solderless butt splice, quickly and with ease.

The right tool for the job: data, testing and hand tools

The company is displaying a selection of its extensive data tools and accessories range, including the popular FT-45 Feed-Thru Modular Plugs and Crimp Tool. Used on data installations around the world, the solution allows installers of smart networks to speed up and simplify the termination of RJ45 plugs by eliminating the need to trim conductors to a precise length before inserting the cable into the plug.

Visitors can also explore IDEAL’s intuitive electrical test and measurement equipment range, comprising Clamp Meters, Fork (split jaw) Meters, Digital Multimeters (DMMs), Voltage Meters, Non-Contact Voltage Testers and Infrared Thermometers, as well as various user-friendly hand tools, including wire and cable cutters, crimpers and strippers.

Finally, completing the company’s stand will be IDEAL’s fish tapes and lubricants, designed to take the frustration out of pulling wire and make what can be a tedious job much easier.

Brett added, “As the market for smart and sophisticated buildings grows, the construction industry must be ready to work on the increasingly complex installations and sophisticated data networks that come with the territory.

“Designed to aid speed and consistency of installations, our products have been tailored to respond to current market trends, aligning with the pressures of tight programmes and high-quality expectations, so we are excited to exhibit them at Light + Building 2024 and look forward to welcoming attendees to our stand.”
