UR55 - Industrieller 4G Mobilfunkrouter

Mit dem UR55 bringt ICP Deutschland einen industriellen LTE Mobilfunkrouter auf den Markt, der ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Schnittstellen mit sich bringt. Im inneren des Routers arbeitet ein ARM Cortex A7 mit 528MHz Taktrate, vorinstalliertem 128 MB DDR3 RAM und 128MB Flash Speicher. Als Netzwerkschnittstellen stehen fünf RJ45 10/100 Base-T Schnittstellen  zur Verfügung, die in einer Kombination von 1x WAN und 4x LAN oder 2x WAN und 3x LAN konfiguriert werden können. IPsec, OpenVPN, GRE, L2TP, PPTP, DMVPN, SNMP, TCP, UDP, RIP sind nur ein kleiner Auszug der unterstützen Netzwerkprotokolle und Frameworks. An seriellen Schnittstellen bietet der UR55 zwei RS-232, zwei RS-485 oder eine RS-232 und eine RS-485 mit einer Baud Rate von 300bps bis zu 230400 bps an. Der UR55 unterstützt hierbei den transparenten Modus als TCP Client/Server oder kann als Modbus Gateway (Modbus RTU auf Modbus TCP) eingesetzt werden. Für den direkten Anschluss von Schaltern, Sensoren uvm. stehen je zwei digitale Ein-und Ausgänge bereit. Weitere optionale Ausbaustufen bringen WLAN Funktionalität und GPS mit sich. Der Spannungseingang ist von 9 bis 48 VDC ausgelegt wobei der Router maximal 4,3 Watt Leistung aufnimmt. Der UR55 arbeitet zuverlässig in einem Temperaturbereich von -40 °C bis 70 °C. Die Konfiguration des UR55 kann einfach über das Web GUI erfolgen. Die Fernwartung lässt sich auch über SNMP oder über den Cloud basierten Device Hub durchführen. Die einfache Bereitstellung und das umfassende Remote Device Management machen den UR55 in vielen IoT/M2M Anwendungen einsetzbar.
