Die webbasierte Projektmanagement-Software ibo netProject der Wettenberger ibo Software GmbH kann Mindmaps, die mit MindManager erstellt wurden, als Projektstrukturplan importieren. Der MindManager von Mindjet unterstützt Projektleiter, die in einer Vorprojektphase anfallenden Ideen und Aufgaben zu sammeln.

Mit dieser Visualisierungssoftware, die auf der Mindmap-Methode aufbaut, werden die Aufgaben veranschaulicht und strukturiert. Sie können auch schon mit Details wie Terminen und zuständigen Personen versehen werden. Mit der in ibo netProject integrierten Schnittstelle werden diese Daten direkt in den Projektstrukturplan übernommen. Das Projektteam erspart sich die zeitintensive Eingabe der Daten. ibo netProject macht da weiter, wo der MindManager aufhört. Das operative Projekt kann sofort beginnen.
