ibidi GmbH Receives kununu Top Company Seal 2026 for the First Time

The employer review platform kununu has awarded ibidi GmbH the Top Company 2026 seal for the first time. The award is based solely on independent reviews submitted by employees on the kununu platform. With this recognition, ibidi ranks among the companies with the most positively rated working environments in Germany.

“We congratulate ibidi GmbH on qualifying as a Top Company 2026 for the first time,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. “Only five percent of all companies meet the criteria for this special seal. It sends a strong positive signal, both as a visible signpost for potential applicants and as an internal reflection of the company culture for employees. In fact, 71 percent of awarded companies report an increase in applications after receiving the seal, and 81 percent see the award as an important part of their employer branding strategy.”

A kununu survey¹ of companies that received the Top Company seal in the previous award season revealed that 80% of respondents received positive feedback on the seal during the recruitment process.
