- kununu CEO Nina Zimmermann: “A strong signal to talents searching for their ideal employer”.
“We congratulate ibidi GmbH on qualifying as a Top Company 2026 for the first time,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. “Only five percent of all companies meet the criteria for this special seal. It sends a strong positive signal, both as a visible signpost for potential applicants and as an internal reflection of the company culture for employees. In fact, 71 percent of awarded companies report an increase in applications after receiving the seal, and 81 percent see the award as an important part of their employer branding strategy.”
“We are very proud to receive the Top Company seal 2026 for the first time,” says Ramona Maier, Recruiting at ibidi GmbH. “The award shows that our corporate culture is genuinely reflected in everyday working life. We particularly value the fact that this feedback comes directly from our employees. Creating an environment in which people feel comfortable, continue to grow, and can contribute their individual strengths is central to us.” Dr. Valentin Kahl, CEO of ibidi GmbH, adds: “After being recognized for family-friendliness by the Free State of Bavaria, we are especially pleased to now receive recognition at this level as well.”
The award reflects the daily commitment of our employees and the continuous development of ibidi’s employer attractiveness, driven by the management team led by Dr. Roman Zantl and Dr. Valentin Kahl.
A kununu survey¹ of companies that received the Top Company seal in the previous award season revealed that 80% of respondents received positive feedback on the seal during the recruitment process.
